Compliance

There are many regulations and guidelines that a debt recovery business must adhere to by law. At Churchill Recovery Solutions our goal is to provide bespoke solutions that are designed to protect or clients’ best interests. Accordingly we take compliance very seriously. At CRS we conduct stringent, structured audits and recordings of our dealings with the public. Additionally, our staff receive regular ongoing training which is mandatory. To ensure the training has been successful, each team member must pass an annual compliance test that is an internal discipline that may be audited externally.

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and adhere strictly to the Treating Customers Fairly principles (TCF). Additionally we support the free advice sector, such as Step Change and the Money Advice Trust. Our philosophy is based on the premise that individuals do not wittingly get themselves into serious debt and therefore, from outset, we try to help them get the support they need to dig themselves out.

Churchill Recovery Solutions adhere to PCI DSS to ensure adherence to regulations governing the security of credit card data and we meet Ofcom requirements on predictive dialling when making outbound calls. We are and we are also a member of the Credit Services Association.
